CTE - Career and Technical Education

Colorado Career & Technical Education (CTE) leverages workforce and education systems so that each learner has quality CTE experiences leading to lifelong career success.

The state office for CTE in Colorado is housed within the Colorado Community College System. This makes sense as learners progress through intentional career pathways and academic plans beginning as early as 5th grade, though high school, and in to college.

Access the Career Cluster Model and Career Guidance to learn about the important relationship between CTE and school counselors, ICAP, and PWR.
