Welcome to the SCCG Grantee page! We are excited to work with you and your teams to support sustainable school counseling programs and positive student outcomes across Colorado.
Announcement: SCCGP Supplemental Funding Opportunity
For the 2024-2025 school year, additional SCCGP funds are available to grantees in Cohorts 11, 12, and 13 that demonstrate need for licensed school counselor salaries that are not being met with the original yearly allocation of $90,000 per funded site.

Supplemental Request for Applications (RFA) opens on Monday, November 4, 2024, and is due to Smartsheets by December 4, 2024, by 4:00 PM.

Submit completed application materials to Smartsheets by the deadline. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

Grant Trainings and Documents

- In each year of the grant, one administrator from each funded site and the grant-funded school counselor (program contact if the school counselor has not been hired) are required to attend professional development consistent with grant expectations and program implementation.
- SCCG team members are welcome to join.
Program Reporting

- Every site that receives SCCG grant funds must complete an annual end of year report by May 30, 2025.
- Grantees will be trained on reports at the in-person trainings.
Fiscal Resources
Learn more about fiscal documents and deadlines on the SCCG Fiscal Requirements webpage.
- Each grantee is required to submit an annual budget workbook, and revisions if necessary, for approval before spending can occur.
- The Interim Financial Report (IFR) and Annual Financial Report (AFR) must be submitted annually.
