Request Industry Certification Inclusion

Requests:

The submission process for the 2026-27 CDIP list has not been announced. Please follow the PWR office newsletter for updates later in 2025. Typically this annual process takes place between May and September.

Requirements for the 2024 Process:

1. Completed CDIP Program Submission Request Form submitted by one district representative.
2. Letter of support from your local Workforce Development Board. Find your local workforce board. Please request your letter of support by August 1 to allow enough time for research. This letter can be shared with your local workforce board to support them to write the letter: Workforce Board Letter.
3. (Optional, but supports your request in the review process) Letter of support from industry or provide contact information if you would like their feedback to be considered in the review process.

Process:

In addition to specific CDIP requirements (referenced in the below graphic), the Colorado Workforce Development Council uses the criteria in the Colorado Quality and In-Demand Non-degree Credentials rubric to evaluate for demand, skills, employment outcomes, and stackability.
