We support educators by promoting the profession, providing career guidance and building partnerships that
help educators succeed!

The Educator Career Navigation Team is building a skilled, supported, recognized and diverse education workforce through these efforts:
Marketing and Outreach – We elevate the image of the profession and identify future educators

• Events

Career Navigation – We provide side-by-side support for current and future educators 

• General Resources
• Resources for individuals who are working with or want to work with children birth through age 8
• Resources for individuals who are working or who want to work with children in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Substitute teaching

System Support – We build and extend capacity with and for our systems partners

• District/BOCES/Charter Schools 
• Early Childhood Community of Practice
• Early Childhood Workforce Development Subcommittee
