Master Teacher Certificate

Issuance of a Master Teacher Certificate shall extend the validity of the Professional Teacher License from five years to seven years.

Requirements:
A Master Teacher Certificate may be issued to an applicant who has met the following requirements:

• Holds a valid Colorado Professional Teacher License.
• Has demonstrated advanced teaching competencies or expertise through the attainment of National Board for Professional Teaching Standard Certification.
