For questions about data reporting requirements, federal National Reporting System (NRS) performance tables, or LACES user accounts, local program staff should always contact their AEI Program Coordinator.
LACES is an online software program owned by LiteracyPro Systems, so for technical questions about features of the LACES system or any technical issues/bugs, complete LiteracyPro’s Technical Support Request form. You may also reach out to their Helpdesk directly at helpdesk@literacypro.com or 1-888-714-9464, but it is best to first complete the form.
