  1. When and where will the conference take place?

The event will be held September 22-23, 2025 at the Adams 12 Conference Center, 1500 E. 128th Ave., Thornton, CO. More information on the conference schedule will be updated as information becomes available.

  1. Is free parking available on-site?

Yes.  Free parking is available at the venue.

  1. Is Wi-fi available?

Yes.  Free Wi-fi will be available to attendees.

  1. How can I find my way around the venue?

A map of the venue will be available, and included on the registration platform when available.

  1. Are meals provided?

More information to come. Generally, only light snacks and refreshments will be served. 

  1. Is a hotel room block available for the conference?

No.  A room block is not available; attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations and travel costs.

  1. What is the dress code at the event?

Business casual attire is recommended.

  1. How can I interact with the conference on social media?

More information and links to social media will be posted when available. 

  1. Must I register for breakout sessions?

Breakout sessions will be held in rooms that have adequate space capacity. Registering for breakout sessions will help us ensure we don't exceed room capacity. More information and registration links will be posted when available. 

  1. How do I sign up for breakout sessions?

Registration, including breakout session selections will be posted when available.

  1. Where can I access conference materials?

Presentation materials will be included in the registration platform when available.

  1. The conference is fully booked, what do I do?
