This notice of rulemaking is to announce amendments to the Rules for the Administration of the Educator Licensing Act of 1991 (1 CCR 301-37) necessitated by:
House Bill 24-1087, which established a new alternative preparation pathway for special education generalist and early childhood special education endorsements;
additional time needed to obtain EIPA exam requirements for the educational interpreter authorization; and
technical clean-up revisions for clarity and consistency.

This notice of rulemaking is to announce amendments to the Rules for the Administration of the Educator License Endorsements (1 CCR 301-101) necessitated by:
analysis and demonstrated need for a new math specialist endorsement;
updated standards for the mentor teacher (House Bill 24-1376), physical education and science endorsements;
adjustments to the grade range for all secondary standards from 7-12 to 6-12; and
technical clean-up revisions for clarity and consistency.
