This service provides free confidential service for all educators and school employees including ECE, K-12 programs, and higher education. Frontline Help

This service offers free coaching for frontline heroes dealing with COVID-19 (Healthcare Workers, Emergency Responders, and Teachers). Advise on managing stress and challenging situations, and how to tap into your own strengths. Click here to access more information about this resource.

Suicide Prevention

Support and counseling for yourself or a loved one. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-8255 (TALK). It’s based in New York and is routed by area code to regional providers. The area codes for Colorado are routed to two organizations locally, including Colorado Crisis Services, which is a certified Lifeline provider. Most calls to The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline are related to suicide prevention or rescue. The Colorado Crisis Services Line is dedicated to Colorado and provides access to Colorado’s statewide crisis system. Anyone can call either number and get access to the same professional and expert response for any behavioral health crisis or resource need.

Colorado Crisis Services

Colorado Crisis Services is the statewide behavioral health crisis response system offering residents mental health, substance use or emotional crisis help, information and referrals. Its mission is to strengthen Colorado’s mental health system by providing Coloradans with greater access to crisis services wherever they are at 24/7/365 regardless of the ability to pay.

211 is a comprehensive source of locally curated social services information in the U.S. and most of Canada. Call, text, or chat with your local 211 to speak with a community resource specialist to help locate services and resources that are available. Examples include:

• Supplemental food and nutrition programs
• Shelter and housing options and utilities assistance
• Emergency information and disaster relief
• Employment and education opportunities
• Services for veterans
• Health care, vaccination and health epidemic information
• Addiction prevention and rehabilitation programs
• Reentry help for ex-offenders
• Support groups for individuals with mental illnesses or special needs
• A safe, confidential path out of physical and/or emotional domestic abuse

Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline

The Colorado Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline is available 24 hours a day, every day. Call 844-CO-4-Kids (844-264-5437) to report suspected child abuse, neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, child trafficking, or institutional abuse. All hotline calls are immediately routed to the county where a child resides.

Safe2Tell

Safe2Tell is for legitimate safety concerns and focuses on saving lives of Colorado students. This resource is designed to anonymously report any threatening behavior that endangers students, their friends, family, or community. To make a report, call 1-877-542-7233 from anywhere, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Safe2Tell also has a mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. The identity of the person making the report will be kept confidential.
