Learning Cohorts: Rural Leadership

Too Many Hats: Maximizing Impact in Rural Leadership Learning Cohort

Are you managing everything from operations, instruction, hiring, grants, and beyond? Do you find yourself having to sweat the small stuff - as well as ALL of the big stuff? Too Many Hats: Maximizing Impact in Rural Leadership is all about work, time, and life management to ensure you spend your precious hours in the right places.

This cohort is designed for rural principal leaders and focuses on managing time and distributing leadership in small settings.

Led by a seasoned team of former school and district leaders, we will explore the unique challenges of the rural school district and your unique context. In six sessions, we will explore time management, shared practices, leadership hacks, and how to use time in alignment with your school's vision.

Learning Cohort Facilitators:

  • Victory Molina, District Improvement Strategy Office
  • Zack Allen, Field Services and Supports Unit
  • Trish Malik, Educator Effectiveness Leadership Development Office
